| Winter Semester 2025 Short term rent (January - April) Guys preferred but girls also welcome Starting from January there will be a room available in our 6-bedroom house. The house is located at 53 Beverley street, a short +/- 10-min walk to campus. The room is furnished and comes with a built-in closet, it only needs a desk. Besides that, the house has two bathrooms, a spacious kitchen, a patio in the front, and a backyard. It also has heating and AC and several washers and dryers, upstairs and in the basement. The rent will be $950 CAD. You'll live with 3 incoming exchange students for the winter term and 2 full-time queens students. If you're interested, feel free to shoot me a message!!! |
