Bedroom is currently furnished with a Queen bed/dresser etc. You can certainly bring your own room items if desired. Currently two mature, respectful post-grad females residing. I am looking for someone similar (25+ young professional or post grad student who is able to take care of themselves and the place. The price is $725 all inclusive. This includes utilities, internet package, one parking spot and a fully furnished house. Features: • All appliances / kitchenware / tools / amenities in place • 1 parking spot – shared driveway with great neighbors • Lots of Basement / Garage storage (winter tires etc.) • START internet / high end router • Washing Machine / Dryer included • New Dishwasher • Existing Couches / Tables / Chairs etc. • 1 Standard Bathroom • Large locked entry room for shoes / coats / bikes etc. • Utilities / Parking / Internet all included in price The bedroom for rent is 11’ x 14’, with closet and 2 large windows. The location is perfect – just outside of the University noise, but walk-able/accessible to everything you need. Right next to Memorial Centre. Call/text to arrange a time to visit – I am currently out of town but will arrange with one of the tenants for a showing. Meeting current tenants before signing is HIGHLY preferred. General upkeep is the responsibility of the tenants and outlined in the lease – garbage/recycling, emptying the basement dehumidifier in summer, mowing the lawn (electric mower included) occasionally! 12-Month lease preferred - but will entertain an 8-month or 4-month summer lease to the right tenant. ***Photos are from 2019 - there is no cat, and bedroom looks slightly different. |
