Monthly rent for the whole term is reduced to $700 for Fac. of Ed students completing placements outside Kingston. Car recommended since Kingston is spread out. 10-15 minutes to Fac. of Ed. outside rush hour. By special arrangement free parking close to K.G.H./Queen's main campus. Cygnet/Air Jahz pilots 5 minutes to class and airport. One room has a queen bed and the other a double bed. Each room has double closet, full length mirror, laundry basket, large desk and desk lamp, parking, A/C, wifi, utilities included, laundry on site, students share their own bathroom and additional half bathroom on the main floor, dedicated fridges, amenities nearby, well appointed kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, Vitamix, 2 fireplaces, 2 ovens, well appointed patio shared with an additional student and homeowner.
