| Hi, My cat and I are looking for a place to rent (we’re Southeast Asian). I’m a work-from-home professional who goes to the office 1-2 days a week. I’m clean, responsible, and not into either smoking or parties. I would prefer to share common spaces with someone who values cleanliness and organization. My budget range is $1,000–$1,200 max, and I’m open to a den, single room, or master bedroom. Convenient amenities and proximity to the subway are highly preferred. Can move in asap or Dec 14-15-16.
