I can take one person only in order not to create too much noise for my neighbors. The rent is $1500 per month, with an additional refundable security deposit of $1,000. All utilities, including internet, are included in the rent. A Conematic washing machine is available in the building's common area upstairs, which operates by adding funds to a card as needed. Please note, while parking within the building is currently full, public parking is available nearby on Queen Street, right next to Dollarama. Additional details: * House Rules: No smoking, pets, or loud noise are allowed * Fully Furnished: The room includes all necessary bedding, so you won’t need to bring anything extra. However, I kindly ask that all bedding is returned in very clean condition by the end of the sublease.
