| I’m looking for a new roommate starting November 1st or sooner. The room is in a 2-bedroom condo unit (please note that the bedroom itself is unfurnished). * 2 bathrooms, in-unit laundry (washer & dryer), kitchen, and living room. * You’ll be living with one lovely female roommate who is super friendly and has a service dog! * A rotating chore schedule is set up monthly to equally distribute the house responsibilities. About you: A female student or young professional who is generally clean and considerate of the other roomie. Please note that there is a service dog in the unit and therefore potential candidates with dogs are not encouraged to apply. (cats are fine though). Rent: $990/month (utilities, approx $65/month).
