The location is ideal for students at Conestoga College and Laurier University, as the building is within walking distance of both campuses. For those who commute, we have convenient access to several bus routes: 7, 8, 12, 29, 201, 202. Tenants will be sharing the kitchen and washroom. This sublet is available for a long-term lease starting from June 1st for a period of 8 months, with the option to renew. If you wish to leave earlier, please notify us 60 days in advance. We are clean tenants and we don’t smoke or drink. We expect the same from our potential roommates. Smoking and drinking are not allowed in the premises.
