| Hi! I am looking for one housemate for a year long lease takeover in a great location and in a 5-bedroom, renovated unit starting May 2025! I am looking to fill one bedroom in my house for the 2025-2026 school year. My roommates are four girls (Two Biology, One Environment Biology, and One Political Science Student) in their 2nd year at Queen’s going into 3rd. The house is located at 1-138 King St E, Kingston, ON, which is a four-minute walk from the Biosciences Complex and a ten-minute walk from downtown Kingston. We also have multiple bus stops within five minutes of our house, so it is easy to get around. The house is a beautiful brownstone townhouse, newly renovated, with five bedrooms, two bathrooms, a full kitchen, and a large living area. It is located in a quiet part of Kingston, close to the water and City park, meaning there is always lots to do, and it’s convenient for everything. There is currently one available bedroom with a closet starting May 1st, 2025, to April 30th, 2026. The rent is $1,140/month and all utilities but electricity are included. The Lease Term would be one year; however, you are welcome to stay longer. We, as a house, split the cost of the internet evenly ($12.43/Month) and do not have air conditioning. The house is already furnished but the available bedroom will not have furniture. There is laundry on-site and there is parking available at an additional cost. My roommates are good students who have a great work/life balance. We are looking for a respectful, studious, and fun roommate to join us!
