Summer rental- July-October 2024 and/or June-October 2025We are hoping to do some summer travels the next few years so are hoping to rent out our home. it is just 5 minutes from Walmart and Canadian Tire, and 7 from No Frills/ Dollarama/Waterfront. The house is 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms split level with a walkout basement. The lower two rooms each have windows that are at roughly 2 feet tall and 8 feet long. It comes fully furnished with a fully stocked kitchen but we can likely remove things if needed. Main bath is a shower/bath combo and the lower bath has only a standup shower. It has Airconditioning and heating. The house has newer floors, paint, roof and an upper bathroom. While the house is beautiful, the property is where it stands out. with 10 acres with roughly 3 KMs of trails, there is plenty of room to explore. Deer frequently walk through and rest under the trees, wolf, coyote, fox and lynx are spotted a few times a year from the picture window. Close to the house there are two large raised garden beds with rhubarb and strawberry. There is also a fully fenced 40X30 garden with raised huglemounds. There is also plenty of space for dogs, kids, or adults to play. Finally, the garage/workshop, and garden shed make it a well-rounded space. Included - Internet (Shaw Gigabit unlimited) Water (from well which is tested twice yearly with no issues) Not Included: Hydro, Heating Oil. Please note this is a septic system so do not flush anything down the toilet that isnt easily degradable. Flexible on move in dates. but would ideally like someone longterm. after summer 2025, there is that possibility of extension through the winter and possibly even for years.
