Utilities should come to about 40-70$ per head per month (depends on usage). Central heating/AC, in unit laundry, all kitchen amenities, lots of storage available. Close to warden station (St clair&birchmount). You are - quiet, clean, non smoker and respectful of personal space. Unit to be shared with one full time working female.
