Private forested property on 16 acres of gardens, forest trail and wildlife. 1 hr from Toronto via 35/115 with 407 or 401 connections, or 1/2 hr drive to Port Hope, Millbrook, Bowmanville. This 1-loft bedroom home with south facing windows is on a forested hill where coach house and main house are situated, surrounded by roads with no direct neighours on either side. The coach house is attached with a breezeway to main house, which is occupied by the owner. Unique to this property all heating is done with airtight woodstoves. Experience heating with firewood is helpful if not I can provide instructions and help. Internet is available by local providers but not included in the rent, at your own expense. Water is well water attached to a water treatment system. The property is very close to the Ganaraska Conservation Park, deer, turkey, birds, wildlife visit my feeding station daily. If you are a nature lover this property and surrounding area will offer many hours of enjoyment. Property has no direct garbage pickup. Garbage disposal is at local dump, due to wildlife it is required that garbage be disposed once a week at the dump. Tenant provides their own supply of firewood. Firewood delivery from local suppliers is available. Ample free firewood in the forest of deadfall etc., to collect and cutup. Have all the necessary tools. Will need proof of income and who will be occuping the rental unit, prior address and how long at current address.
