Looking for a clean and quiet young working professional (no couples please) to be shared with 2 other females. They are lovely and mostly keep to themselves. No pets allowed. Available July 1st, or end of June if necessary. Preference for a one year lease. Includes utilities and wifi, within reason. 2 car driveway and indoor garage parking available (both current roomies drive). Street parking available in the summer. The room is unfurnished (the furnished pictures are for room size reference). The bathroom is shared with one other person.
