| Looking for great, friendly, and responsible working single professional for a shared Kanata rental home starting on May 1st, 2024! Anyone is welcome, but male preferred. Room Details: A spacious basement suite (unfurnished), shared washroom: rent + utilities. Shared laundry included and located in the basement. Shared kitchen with assigned cabinets. Utilities will be divided by the number of total tenants in the house. Max 4 people in the house. No couples or multiple people sharing one room. Great scenic nature with plentiful walking paths and nearby restaurants, grocery, pharmacy, and buses including Eagleson Park and Ride. Must have a full-time job and ability to show 3 months pay stubs. Non-smoking person and no pets please. The landlord will perform a credit check, background and reference check to determine eligibility for tenancy as part of due diligence.
