| One room available in a four bedroom, two bathroom semi! Currently one student and two working individuals. Parking available for 1 more vehicle. $650/month + utilities (hydro, water, gas). Internet/wifi is included in your rent. Renting available starting January 1st, 2025 and the lease will renew on a monthly basis (2 months notice required prior to moving out). The bedroom is unfurnished but the common area is currently furnished with couches, chairs, a table, and a tv in the living room (no cable but is used to watch Netflix). The semi has central air along with new windows and a new furnace. There is a dishwasher, two fridges, and many cupboards in the kitchen. There is also a washing machine and dryer that you may use. There is a shed in the backyard that you may store stuff in if needed. The semi is located along bus routes with Argyle Mall and restaurants nearby. The roommates are not partiers and have to wake up early for work/school, so they would prefer a quiet, respectful roommate. |
