Comes furnished with queen bed, desk and chair. The house is tidy and well kept. There are 3 rooms rented upstairs and all share one bathroom with tub/shower. Owner lives on bottom two floors. All share main floor kitchen and dining area. This is a unique arrangement and feels like a family home. It's perfect for students who want to study in a quiet setting but enjoy a family atmosphere. I currently include food for current tenants at a reasonable rate and can offer this as well if you wish. Saves you from having to shop for groceries and as a bonus, I cook dinner 2 to 3 times per week. I've had tenants from around the world studying at UW, WLU and Conestoga's Waterloo campus stay with me. I keep in contact with them and many come back to visit. It's not your typical student house.
