House is located in Waterloo house near Laurel Creek Conservation Area (Westmount Rd and Creekside Dr). Bus takes 30 mins to get to WLU and UW area. Smaller room comes with twin bed, desk and chair. Regular sized room comes with queen bed, desk and chair. The house is tidy and well kept. There are 3 rooms rented upstairs and all share one bathroom with tub/shower. Owner lives on bottom two floors. All share main floor kitchen and dining area. This is a unique arrangement and feels like a family home. It's perfect for students who want to study in a quiet setting but enjoy a family atmosphere. I currently include food for current tenants at a reasonable rate and can offer this as well if you wish. Saves you from having to shop for groceries and as a bonus, you get home cooked meals 2 to 3 times per week. I've had tenants from around the world studying at UW, WLU and Conestoga's Waterloo campus stay with me. I keep in contact with them and many come back to visit. It's not your typical student house.
