| I have two rooms available for one occupant room for one vehicle. I currently have one other tenant in the house of which you would both share a bathroom which have a tub and shower It’s a 19 acre property with apple orchard and somewhat in the country but close to the city. You will have access to a big kitchen with tons of cupboard space as well as washer and drier for laundry. Snow removal and property maintenance included Property is 420 friendly. That being said the property is not a party house, ideal applicants would be working professionals. Must be clean and very respectful. The utilities are split evenly between all tenants.
