I am a single woman, I own a beautiful, clean, spacious 2 bed 2 bath condo at Friday Harbour but I travel for work and am not always here. I am looking for a student or young professional to rent the spare bedroom and bathroom from September 2025 to April 2026 with the option to continue if it suits us both. Monthly rent includes ABSOLUTELY EVERYTHING - furniture - utilities - internet - Netflix account - monthly cleaning service (to keep us both happy) - underground parking space There is a gym on the resort which you could use but there are additional fees associated with that. I am open to quiet, well-behaved pets. Require letter of employment / references and first and last month rent upfront to secure the room.
