| Room to rent in luxury apartment Rooms to rent in shared apartment We have 3 bedrooms to rent in a beautiful newly built apartment suite in South Windsor. The tenants will have a private bedroom each, and will share the kitchen, laundry, living room and 1.5 bathrooms. One bedroom is fully furnished; the other 2 are not (we can discuss adding a bed frame and dresser, but tenants must supply their own box spring/mattress). The rental amoount is all inclusive, and includes monthly cleaning of shared spaces. Appliances: Stove/Refigerator/Dishwasher/Microwave/Washer/Dryer/Furnace/Air Conditioner/Tankless Water Heater/. The area is very bright, temperature controlled, in a private home in South Windsor (Owners occupy upper levels). Close to St. Clair College, Bellewood and Massey schools, Costco, Movati/GoodLife, bus routes, E.C. Row expressway. This home is well cared for, and has security measures in place (video monitoring in public areas only). The rental includes the following: Parking for 1 car/bedroom, heat (gas forced air), electricity, central air conditioning, water, private wifi network (1Gbps) The master bedroom is ~ 225 square feet. The second bedroom is ~165 square feet. The 3rd bedroom is ~165 square feet. Included is the use of a 3-piece leather sofa set, study desk, tv stand, dining room set. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. The entranceway is shared between the upper and lower portions of this house. Note that no smoking is permitted inside the premises. No pets are permitted (there are cats in the upper levels of the house). The Ontario Landlord Tenancy Act will be the basis for the lease agreement. Prospective tenants will need to agree to a full background/employment verification, will be asked to supply a current police clearance certificate, security deposit and to provide tenants insurance. The lease term is 1 year, which can be renewed annually. Quiet time in the house is 10 pm nightly. Special events would be permitted, with appropriate written notice. This is all detailed in the tenancy agreement. |
