Room will have two dressers; one coffee table; one personal refrigerator (additional refrigerator in sharing) and one pull out couch as shown in the picture, however individuals will need to bring their own mattress/bed. If required, Parking is available at no additional cost. Tenants will have their own seperate access to the basement. Kitchen and washroom will be in sharing. The house is situated in a perfect and quiet location. Close to all amenities and conveniences. 5 minutes walk to CF Fairview mall, fairway station, walmart supercentre, farmboy, shoppers drug mart, etc. Direct train to Conestoga Mall. 3 minutes drive to highway. Expecting Tenants to treat the place as their own and maintain it well. - No pets allowed. - No smoking inside the house. - No drugs.
