| Available - two large, furnished, upstairs bedrooms for rent. Rent is $875 per month per room. Room includes the usual bedroom things: Double bed, dresser, mirror, desk. Home includes: Shared kitchen, living space and bathroom. $875 Rent includes: Parking for one car in the driveway, all utilities, internet and laundry. This is an absolutely smoke/drug and pet free home. Unless it’s a goldfish! Fish are friends! :) I would prefer to rent to a single, professional and am flexible on length of stay. Each room is suitable for one person. The house is quiet and mostly clean. :) This is my home and is not a big party house or suitable for overnight guests. If you are looking for a home to share, I would welcome you. If you prefer to keep to yourself, that’s ok too. I require three references, proof of income and first and last months rent. Location is near Ottawa Street and Lackner Blvd. There is a bus stop 5 minutes walk from the house. Easy access to most amenities. If you simply ask if the room is available, I will not respond.
