| Hi! Looking for someone to rent the room shown in pictures for the summer! (May-August) It’s a first floor apartment with a shared basement with the apartment above us. The room is the biggest in the apartment. $700 a month + gas and hydro (usually an extra $70), water is included. Washer and dryer in the basement. Parking is available in the driveway if needed. 5 minutes walk to Hogs back plaza, 25 minute walk to Carleton University. 10 minute drive to a Walmart. Bus stops at both ends of the street Will be sharing the apartment with two other girls. We are both 25 and work full time One of us works nights and the other early mornings so we most likely won’t be around much. If you have any other questions feel free to ask :) |
