| Please read ! This is not an apartment it is a room. There is no separate entrance the washroom and kitchen are on the main floor (shared )the laundry room is in the basement (shared)( female only ) it is all inclusive you will be the only one living in the basement. It used to be two bedrooms converted into one. I would like someone that works day shift because I like to get up in the a.m. and don't like to be disturbed at night. The nearest bus stop is 25 minutes walk. I have two cats and I also have chickens so if the sound of a rooster bothers you this is not the place for you. It's a little piece of country in the city. I may consider one cat provided it is fixed. Absolutely no dogs unless they're smaller than my cat house trained and doesn't bark a lot. Please no emails after 10 p.m. |
