I have a room available for a professional Quiet, Clean and Respectful. NO Smoking, NO Party, No visitor . The Room is furnished with Desk, Chair, Table and Exercise mat . Tenant has to bring his/her own blanket and pillow. Rent included WiFi and Electricity , 2 Fridges, shared kitchen Oven. Parking on the Street right in front of the building or share visitor parking is available. Laundy is available on the 1st floor , Washer = $2.50 , Dryer = $1.75 $900 /mth for tenant do NOT have a job or working at home and stay 7 days/week Long term rent , for tenant Have a Job $750/mth for tenant stay 7 days/week $650 /mth for tenant stay 5 days/week (weekend out ) $575 /mth for tenant stay 4 days/week $500 /mth for tenant stay 3 days/week $425 /mth for tenant stay less than 10 days per month. Check in @ 12:00(noon) on the 1st day of the month ; Check out@ 10:00 AM on the 1st day of the next month. Short Term rent for 1 person : $65 for 1 day ; $120 for 2 day ; $180 for 3 day ; $45/day for an additional day. $300/week; $525/2 weeks Master Bedroom can take a Couple rent is 150% x single person. $100 for 1 day ; $180 for 2 day ; $270 for 3 day ; $70/day for an additional day. $450/week; $790/2 weeks Check in @ 12:00(noon) , Check out : 10:00 AM $200 for Key & Security Deposit is required. I will refund it in Max 24 hours after moving out and give me back my Key. ID with Picture is required. No Blind or Curtain on theses Windows allowed. No walk inside the house with the outside shoes allowed. Need wear another footwear for inside. I reserve my right to open your room door for Inspection Everyday if I feel necessary for safety of my Apartment and the Condo building. All tenant have to take shower twice per day : once when wake up, second shower time when come back from work or in the weekend second shower time when before going to bed.
