These rooms served as a B&B for several years and is a separate unit with a private entrance in our county home. This apartment has a bed/sitting room, a galley kitchen with an apartment size stove and a full size fridge, and a 5' x 8' bathroom with a bathtub and shower. I am looking for a special roommate for this very small apartment on a horse farm. The applicant must have experience with HORSES, cats and dogs. I am offering the rooms at a reasonable rate with the opportunity to care for the animals (sometimes, not every day) in exchange for rent or partial rent.
