| Looking for roommate Who is clean, quiet, friendly, easygoing, and financially stable. I stay downstairs when home so upstairs living room is empty. I have a cat as well as one roommate Who is very clean. Unfurnished room with full access to kitchen, bathroom, living room, laundry room, deck ,patio and BBQ ,storage, Wifi. Preferably a student or professional as there are no guests or pets allowed. First and last required with room for negotiations. We occasionally cook big pots of soup, spaghetti ect.. and will offer a meal now and again or contribute to large full meals Together. We respect each other's personal space and property.
