| Hi there, I am a single mom. My daughter is 4 and autistic. I will also have a roommate who assists us with daily living due to our disabilities. We are currently stuck in nova scotia with my disabled grandmother in a one bedroom and can't stay here for very much longer. I didn't have enough time to figure things out before I had to leave my previous residence with my ex-husband and inlaws. I need to find a place up there and need someone willing to hold it for me till I get there. Due to all of our medical being up there and I can't get any supports here for my daughter, I really need to get things settled there. I don't know what my budget will be yet as I'm waiting on the government of ontario to get back to me this week. We are clean, responsible and I only smoke outside. So would like something with a balcony. I have references I can give from people who I have lived with. I've never rented on my own before. We are starting out new, so we have very little.
