We would like to rent out 4 of the rooms for the summer to Queens students or St Lawrence students only. For insurance reason it can only be students verifiable. House is a 10 min walk to queens main campus, has 2 car parking and 3 min walk to pubs and restaurants. Quiet street just off of Division. I am willing to sublease my room for $500 per month utilities included. this is half of what we are paying per room. IWe want to at least recoup some of the lease cost for the summer. My specific room is larger and with a private bathroom. Nice kitchen with on-site free laundry.
