| As ad says, recently purchased a 2BR condo in the Olympia Building on the corner of John and Charlton St in downtown Hamilton. For rent is the second bedroom in the apartment, rent is for the room, the living room and kitchen will be shared spaces. Apt has 1.5 bathrooms so one bathroom will be yours and the shower is in the main so for that you will have to use the other bathroom but it really shouldnt be an issue, It's a 1000 sq ft condo so plenty of room without getting in each other's way. Building has an indoor swimming pool, steam room, gym, squash courts and a pool table so plenty of amenities all included in the rent. I'm looking for a clean, respectful tenant with a decent occupation (no ODSB) who pays on time and maintains the apartment. Open to any age, sex or nationality as i feel those shouldnt really matter as long as personalities and lifestyles fit. Anything more, im pretty easy going so personality wise we can meet and see if it works. A little about me, im a 30 year old male. I work from home and tend to go in the office 2-3 times a week. I'm pretty easy going and as long as theres mutual respect amongnst one another, there really shouldnt be any issues. I'm also pretty flexible on the length of the lease and we can discuss when we meet each other to see if we can do something that works for both of us. Rent would be 1050 from you due at the beginning of each month and first and last required on signing of lease.
