To respect the stay-at-home order, we will start with phone/video calls to see if there is mutual interest and a potential good fit. We can show the space using video for now and will do an in-person viewing in a couple weeks when things are safer. You'll be living with 2 guys (a new grad and a young professional). Preferred graduate students or young professionals. We are clean, quiet, considerate, and communicate well. Looking for the right room mate to match our vibe. • Minimum 1 year lease • 1 bedroom + your own 1 den/office • Rent is $600 • Move in date: JUNE 1ST, 2021 • 8min bike ride to Mac, 25min walk to campus • Shared full bathroom with only 1 other person • Fully stocked kitchen • Attached large garage to store your bike • Townhouse is located in the middle of a beautiful golf course, surrounded by lots of nature and trails • Quiet neighbourhood, friendly neighbours • Lots of parking available • Utilities not included in rent price.
