| Hello all. My name is Jordan. I have a room for rent starting August 1. I’m over by Gage Park, about 3 blocks away. The room is massive. As you can see from the pictures there’s more than enough room for not only your bed but a small living area as well. My previous roommate even had a small fridge. The room is not furnished. All utilities are included. About me. I’m 42. I have a son who is 12 and with me about 3 days a week. I work from home. I own my own business. I have 2 cats and have already tried having a roommate with other animals. It didn’t work out. So preferably no pets… but maybe we can talk depending. In my off time, I play a lot of video games, and I’m a pretty big pot smoker. I do not smoke pot inside the house, but it will smell from time to time. But not of freshly smoked weed. Someone similar to me in this way would be nice. I keep a pretty clean house. I would ask the same of you. No funky smells coming from your room, please. I have had two female roommates, one of which had a small child. They shared the room up there. Obviously not ideal but if you are in a crunch, do not hesitate to reach out. This is a safe space. |
