| One bedroom available to rent from 29th of April to the August 31st (flexible move in and out dates). Looking for someone in school or on co-op/internship. Bedroom will be upstairs, and fully furnished. You will be sharing the place with 2 subletters who will be downstairs. You will have full access to 1 bathroom upstairs with a bathtub/shower and the upstairs kitchen. The other subletters will be using the downstairs bathroom and kitchen. There is a washer and dryer downstairs to be shared with all subletters in the house. Free wifi will be available. There is a room downstairs if you want a place to store a bicycle. All amenities come with the charge of rent so no added on fees. House is a 20 minute walk from Mcmaster campus, 5 minute walk from Fortinos. Near the rail trail and a nice local brewery! |
