| A nice unit for one person (single occupancy) is going to be available from February 1st, 2025 in the main floor of a home shared by 3 other students from McMaster. The home is located in the beautiful neighborhood of Ainslie Wood, at a walking distance to McMaster (5 mins walk to Thode Library). I am subletting it for 5 months (Feb – June) as my contract expires at the end of June and the lease can then be taken by the person who sublets it. The rent is CAD 800 inclusive of Wifi, power, water and laundry. It is ideal for male McMaster students (as all residents are male), but others are also welcome. No smoking and pets are not allowed. Street parking is available and you would need to purchase it from the municipality. If you are interested, please send a message and we can then coordinate for a showing. |
