| We have a room available for rent in our townhouse! The common areas are fully furnished, so you’ll only need furniture for your bedroom. Our home is a three-level townhouse with: Unfinished basement with washer & dryer Garage with a driveway for parking Fenced-in backyard Three bedrooms on the top floor Full bathroom upstairs & half bath on the main floor Dishwasher & updated kitchen appliances We’re a friendly and relaxed household looking for a roommate to share our space! There are two of us—Krystina, a working professional, and Jes, a quiet homebody. We value a chill and comfortable environment where everyone respects each other’s space, but we also enjoy occasional fun, like game nights, karaoke, and movie nights. We love cooking together, trying new recipes, and getting creative with home decor and crafts. We have two cats and a small dog, so an animal lover would be a great fit! Our goal is to find a roommate who will not only share the space but hopefully become a friend. To keep things running smoothly, we’ll create a roommate agreement together to fairly divide chores and set shared expectations for things like noise and guests.
