| • All female student home • 4 out of 6 bedrooms available from Jan-April (may also be available for summer if needed) • WINTER 2025 TERM AND SUMMER 2025 RENTAL ONLY - It is NOT available for fall 2025 - winter 2026 • 2 kitchens and 2 bathrooms (one on each floor) • $800 for a basement room and $850 for upstairs (wifi + utilities included) • 8 min bus ride to McMaster with a bus stop right next to the home • Parking available IMPORTANT NOTE: We do have a cat that will be living upstairs for the month of January and February, she is super sweet and will be taken care of by the girl (student) who currently lives in the home. She will be gone by February 20th, she just needs to be looked after for this time period. Nobody has any responsibility for her, she’ll be all taken care of!
