| Hello there! I'm your average weed smoking, meat eating, red neck being, type of guy. LOTR and Star Wars are my bread and jam, Early 30s male employed full time on night shift (9pm-7am work, 11am-4pm sleeping) with a spare room to rent. I've rented the room out many times now, have great references from my tenants, hope you have some from your landlords. The rooms all yours, power, internet, eater and heat included. . . It is a 170 year old house, so it has some "quirks" (like wooden door knobs) that have to be accepted. I'll never intrude on your space. But be forewarned. . . I'm very protective over MY apartment, I'm willing to rent you YOUR ***Room***, but that will be in *MY* apartment. . . Any contract we sign together will be very clear on that point. Pets kept in cages okay, but no cats or dogs etc. Zero parking available. |
