| I am looking to pay $800 or less but will go up to $1,000 for the perfect place. Requirements: -Maximum 25-minute walk to McMaster campus. -Private room. -1 dedicated parking space available at all times. Preferred: -Privare bathroom. -AC -Ideally, under 15-minute walk to campus. -Furnished room with at least a bed and desk. Furnished is preferred, but if the price is low enough, I can buy my own furniture. I can sign a lease for September 2025 through to April 2026. I will pay on time and I have great credit. I am clean, conscientious, and don't party, drink, or smoke at all. No pets, no mess, no fuss. Hamilton doesn't allow winter street parking, so I will need a dedicated drive way or similar spot for my vehicle.
