| I am in need of a place for my family theres 6 people 2 adult 4 kids (2 boys and 2 girls) we have been staying with family for a while trying to help them but its not the best situation anymore since they dont need help anymore. Im on assitance due to health issues awaiting on disability i can have half the rent paid directly to the landlord from assistance and the other half paid on the 20th before its due. We have 1 dog and 1 cat both are house trained. We are clean quiet people. We do not party and we stick to ourselves. We are just looking to get out of a bad situation and needing a little help . We do not have good credit but its nothing to do with rent just had a hard time during covid and took some pay day loans out to help pay bills and got abit behind.
