This is an incredible location, only a 10-15 minute walk or 7 minute bus ride to McMaster University. Also super close to local grocery stores like Food Basics. The house is very well-kept and has a very responsive landlord, if you ever need anything. All utilities, on-site laundry, internet, AC/ heating, and parking spaces are included in the rent. All rooms and common spaces are fully furnished.
