Description
Private room in 3 bedroom house, with two housemates. Shared driveway with neighbours and a backyard. The green room has a closet and is approx 10'x11'. We have two kitchens, but only one oven works (both stovetops work). The pink room has a closet and is approx. 9.5'x10'. They are beside each other, and if you'd like to rent both we can work out a deal. Due to the way noise travels in the house, I'm interested in living with folks who are awake during the day and sleep at night. I do make music during the day in the living room, and occasionally I teach there. LGBTQ2S+ friendly space. I prefer to live with a non-smoker as I react badly to cigarettes. Available July 1, or August 1 Close to many transit routes, cafes, and parks. Groceries are a 20 min walk, or a 5-20 min bus ride depending on where you're going. If you are a McMaster student this is approx 30 minute commute. If you are a Mohawk student this is approx a 36 minute commute, but you'll stop downtown close to the library/nations/the market so it may work in your favour.
