| Hi everyone, I have a furnished master bedroom for rent in a beautifully renovated 3 bedroom house. It is suitable for one person (no pets). The room is huge with a window nook (with storage beneath), 4 closets, a dresser, a vintage makeup vanity, a queen sized bed, and two nightstands. Most of the bedding is provided, I just ask you provide your own sheets and pillowcases. The room is upstairs and shares a bathroom with one other female tenant. There is one more female tenant on the main floor. The kitchen is recently renovated with a dishwasher and bar seating. The house also has a large dining room and living room. There is a washer and dryer in the basement, shared with the tenants of the main house and basement tenants (2). There is also a large shared backyard. Street parking only, but it is easily available as we are on a quiet street. $1050/month all inclusive, including fiber optic internet. Available June 1.
