| Hello i am looking for an home for my family, There's 6 of us 2 adults and 4 kids age 14-7. Our total monthly income is just over $10,000. My fiance works full time and im currently on ontario works as i did not make enough hours for unemployment We have 1 dog and we are looking for the end of Feb beginning of March. I am going to be honest with you we don't have good credit like mine is 584 and I'm not sure about my fiance's. We went through some issues with covid and took out a couple days loans that we are still working on. I do have my fiances grandfather who is also his employer who is willing to co sign for us. I know it's not the best as credit is a big thing. I do have proof of paying rent at my current address. Yes we also live in my fiances grandfathers house but he's moving come spring so we have to move as well.. |
