I have had a large egress window put in the bedroom which brings in the morning sun. This is a quiet two storey house with the owner upstairs. It is in a great location in a beautiful, quiet court in lower Stoney Creek on the south side of Highway 8 between Dewitt Rd. and Fruitland Rd. Street parking is available. Stainless steel kitchen appliances and microwave, crock pot, blender, dishes, cutlery, pots, lamps, desk and chair, T.V., kitchen table and chairs, couches, T.V. stand, shelf units, dressers, queen size bed, etc. provided also. There is a very large closet with double doors with glass to hang all of your coats and clothes. All new windows and doors have been installed. Two windows have Zebra blackout blinds. Professionally painted throughout. The tenant is not to paint or make new holes in the walls, please. All walls and ceilings have been freshly painted with new pot-lights installed. Sprayfoam insulation has been installed in the bedroom area and other walls beyond. All new matching flooring and baseboards throughout the entire unit. There is a furnished eat-in kitchen. There is very large open space for the livingroom and a dining room and den set up. The very large bedroom has enough room for another seating area if that is what you wanted. I have put a small brand new desk in the transition area leading to the bedroom and another desk in the dining room. This is an extremely clean unit. I’ve had a really large egress window put in for very easy exit if it was ever needed, but it also lets wonderful sunlight into the bedroom.
