| 2 rooms in 3 bedroom house with shared spaces. Both rooms have closets and are approx 10x10. Due to the way noise travels in the house, I'm interested in living with folks who are awake during the day and sleep at night. I do make music during the day in the living room, and occasionally I teach there. LGBTQ2S+ friendly space. I prefer to live with a non-smoker as I react badly to cigarettes. |
