| We're a group of 4 (3 guys and a girl) and have 1 unfurnished bedroom available immediately for a Working Professional in our home, located on the Mountain near Fennell and Upper Wentworth. The mattress in the picture is a Queen that our old roommate left behind, the room will be completely empty soon but I've left it in the picture for scale, the room size is 10.5ft x 8.4ft. The closet in the corner is 38" x 40". The room itself is $680 but as we all contribute for internet, standard utilities, as well a cleaner each month. Tenant insurance is also required, so the average monthly cost is around $870. ---- Please note that first and last month's rent for the room alone is required. Parking is available in the driveway as well as on the street and there are bus stops leading in all directions a 5 minute walk from our door. Non smoking, Cat lover preferred as we've two cats in the house.
