| Hello, we have a small studio apartment for rent in southend Guelph ( Westminster Woods) South end Guelph, N1L 1N5. The studio is currently under renovation, with entire interior being refinished and the bathroom being redone. It will be available April 1st. However, persons interested may view the progress by video if they wish to get an idea of the size, or in person, as it is a very small bachelor/studio apartment. Specifically, single mature professionals and students would be best suited to this studio sized apartment. The bachelor/studio is being built with the intention of having it as an in-law suite down the road. You would be renting an above ground studio, attached to the landlords home, who lives there with their family and dog. The unit has a separate entrance, washroom and kitchenette. There is no traditional stove/range and there is no site laundry. Included in the kitchenette is an induction cooktop single burner ( induction pans required), a microwave, small toaster oven and a small fridge. This is a small living space, so your kitchen is compact. The unit is within walking distance to Pergola commons, and within bus routes to the University of Guelph or to dowtown central station. Plenty of parks and nature paths are around, a library, banks, grocery stores, salons, restaurants and a theater. Please send any questions by email.
