| Are you interested in renting the spare room in my 2 bedroom apartment? I am a cis-male social worker in my late 30s working in community mental health. I have previously worked with refugees, international, and indigenous students. I have lived in shared houses for most of my life and value having a space that feels like a home with some degree of looking out for each other and shared chores and cooking etc. I am engaged in community organizations, social justice, environmentalism, nature connection, spirituality, music, good food, and creativity. I am looking to share the apartment with a like-minded person who is a working professional or graduate student. I am queer positive and have lived with folks of all genders and orientations as well as diverse backgrounds. It is a 2nd story apartment with lots of natural light, hardwood floors, and a large private rooftop patio. Located in the Exhibition Park Neighbourhood with the river a few blocks away, 5 minute walk to downtown, and steps away from a route 99 stop. All utilities and high speed internet are included. Does not include laundry (laundromat is a 5 minute walk) nor parking (though street parking is an option close by or a couple of blocks away in winter).
