It is located in a friendly neighbourhood where you have close access to restaurants, Convenience store, parks and bus stop right in front of the house. Parking is available if required. Shared bathroom, kitchen and laundry. Tenants(2) in other 2 bedroom are very quiet and keep upto themselves. Rent for the room is $750 plus utilities that will be divided among all tenants in the house. Pictures of room are not shared for privacy reason as there is an occupant already whose moving out.
