| Hello fellas I have a good sized room for rent at my place in the Janefield area available May 1st. this is a newly renovated room with new floor, paint and baseboards as well as its brand new washroom seen below. The washroom is only shared with one clean and friendly male house mate who keeps up with the upkeep of it and expects someone who will also be responsible. A bit about the home, this is a large townhouse located steps from the mall and bus routes going downtown and to the mall/ university. the housemates are very clean and respectful and all take turns with general house duties and we all respect each other's things, space and privacy. I am looking for a suitable housemate to join us this spring. The current rent for this room is 900 including utilities and WIFI. I will however offer a lower rate of 700 to 800 depending on the demand for the months of May to August. standard rate will resume Sept 1st. pets are not ideal but not a dealbreaker Parking available in the summer but not in the 4 month winter time. a neighbor has one available for 70$ Looking for friendly and respectful applicants to join us Laundry is available as well.
