| Hiii we have a room coming up in the ward, 675 per month plus utilities! These are mostly pictures from past roommates as the roommate moving out is in the process of packing at the moment and also I’m moving rooms so it’s all a bit chaotic rn! The room becoming available is on the smaller side - the fancy real estate picture makes it look spacious because nothing is in there, but it’d probably comfortably fit a double bed and a couple other pieces of furniture so would be better for someone who doesn’t have toooo much stuff. It does have a built in closet though! And a nice view of the back yard. There’s also a little bit of storage space in the basement, and there will be some space in the shed. The room is on the ground floor next to the bathroom and kitchen. There are a couple of steps up to the front door of the house. We have laundry in the basement. Current roommates are me (they/them) and Brandon (he/him). We are both queer (and would prefer someone also queer) and in our 30s. I’m an artist and work from home a lot of the time, plus I have a part time job taking care of plants. Brandon is a vet tech and plays a lot of video games. I’ve been here almost 3 years and Brandon has been here 2 - we hang out and do things as a house sometimes but also are respectful of needing to take space! We have friends over from time to time and keep each other in the loop if it’s anything out of the ordinary. There are also two cats and a small dog, so additional pets would have to depend on type. I’m vegan and Brandon isn’t, so I’d personally prefer someone who is respectful of that. We would also prefer someone not really younger than late 20s. We have a back yard and deck where I currently have a few plants, but we can’t grow too much out there sadly because it’s really shady. It’s still a nice space to hang! We are looking for someone ideally for August 1st. If you think you’d be a good fit message me and we can arrange a viewing! |
